How do I set the time?

A clock has been included to help with feeding times in the late night/early morning. To set, press and hold the down button until the time display begins to flash. Use the down button to cycle through hour and minute and use the up button to adjust the hour and minute.  Leave for 5 seconds to set.

What happens if I change brand of formula?

Keep all formula scoops. If you change brand of formula, simply check the manual to see what insert is required. 

Is the unit difficult to dismantle?

We have made the Bottle Buddy very simple to dismantle and here’s a quick 4 step guide to show you just how easy it is:
  1. Remove the lid and stirrer
  2. Remove the reservoir by pressing the release button on the back of the unit
  3. Remove the base of the formula reservoir
  4. Remove the formula measure
 

Is the unit difficult to assemble?

We have made the Bottle Buddy very simple to assemble and here’s a quick 5 step guide to show you just how easy it is:
  1. Insert the formula measure
  2. Replace the base of the formula reservoir
  3. Replace the formula reservoir back on the unit
  4. Replace the stirrer and fill will formula
  5. Replace the lid
 

How much formula does it hold?

A full 32oz/900g tin of formula.  


How big is the unit?

The unit fits neatly under your kitchen cupboards and is no bigger then a kettle.  


Can I put this in the dishwasher?

Yes - all parts a top rack dishwasher safe  


Can I use a microwave sterilizer?

Yes - Bottle Buddy is compatible with all methods of sterilization

Can I use hot water with my Bottle Buddy?

Yes - however, wait until the water cools, as steam/vapor will add moisture to the opening where formula is dispensed and could potentially create a jam.  If you are in a hurry and cannot wait for the hot water to cool down, use Bottle Buddy with a separate cup or bottle to eliminate the chance of moisture rising up into the machine.
