DECATUR, Ga.-The Baby Buddy brand of Compac Industries has introduced the Bottle Buddy, an electric dispenser of babies’ formula.
The Bottle Buddy counts a preset amount of powdered infant formula into a baby’s bottle. It’s designed to hold a 32-ounce tin of formula powder in its transparent container, which remains sealed, thus keeping the formula sterile at all times and eliminating any possible contamination, according to a Baby Buddy statement. In addition, the product’s interchangeable formula measure insert guarantees the formula powder-to-water ratio as one scoop per fluid ounce of water, regardless of the type of formula used.
The user places a bottle containing the required amount of water on the Bottle Buddy’s bottle tray, presses a button and the predetermined number of scoops are dispensed into the bottle. The product is made with 100 percent BPA-free plastic and features a clear LCD display.
